Lucille Bliss (born March 31, 1916) is an American actress and voice artist. A New York City native, she has appeared in films and on television shows, including The Smurfs as Smurfette, Nickelodeon’s Invader ZIM (Ms. Bitters) and Walt Disney’s Cinderella (Anastasia Tremaine). She voiced the starring character of the very first made-for-television cartoon, Crusader Rabbit.

Lucille Bliss is a direct descendant of a Boston Brahmin family, Weld. She is the distant cousin of Charlie Ruggles and Jerome Cowan!
